Alex: How about an x-ray machine?
Me: Um, we don't have an x-ray machine.
Alex: Well, we could go buy one.
Me: You think we should go buy an x-ray machine so we can sell it to someone else?
Alex: Sure! Everyone needs an x-ray machine!
