A monumental task

I neglected to mention that Grammy came up on Sunday so she could watch Alex at the new house on Monday while Tim worked and I supervised the movers at the apartment. What a lifesaver that was. Here're Alex and Murph getting a tour of our new neighborhood:

I don't know who missed Grammy more after she left on Monday, me or Alex. At the current rate that I'm unpacking, half of our stuff will still be packed if we decide to move next year. Alex isn't so helpful when it comes to unpacking. Well, that's not exactly accurate. He's very good at pulling things out of boxes. However, he usually pulls things out of boxes and flings them across the room. Yeah, not so helpful. He also tries to help with the cleaning and is particularly fond of the Swiffer family of products.

Hopefully, once we've made a dent in the unpacking, we'll be able to start enjoying our new place. Or maybe we'll say the heck with it, live out of boxes, and start enjoying the house now. Yeah, I like plan B better.

It's great to see so many "sans pants" pictures! The house looks great!

I totally know what you mean about living out of boxes. We'd much rather enjoy the new house instead of unpacking!
