We were way past due for family pictures, so the purpose of shoot #2 was to prove that Alex does not live alone with Murphy, a tripod, and a working knowledge of how to set the self-timer on the camera. He does indeed have parents and we just wanted to document that fact. So we went to the most family-oriented free place we could think of - the park. So we headed to the nearest one, Reverchon Park, which had a giant playground, a baseball field, and some lovely bridges over a skanky creek. We were hoping to get some pics on the swings or slide, but a group of men were installing a giant tent over the equipment to keep out the rain and shine, so that wasn't an option. Never fear, there were plenty of other desirable "sets", as you shall soon see. Take a look at a few here, then go to my Flickr site and check out the set entitled "The Park" to see the rest. Or just click here.

Awwwwwwwwwwww - there's just nothing more to say than Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww - these have got to be the greatest pics - I just can't believe they could get any better and then oh my - Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww - way to go Rach!
Those are wonderful pics! Tell your sister that she did an awesome job. Alex is so photogenic - what a cutie! Glad to hear that the move has gone well! Take care
Ok yeah, so Alex is ADORABLE (as always). Tim: Im liking the new hair style you got going on....but...why in the world did your wife let you take pictures with that patchy mess on your face?? Shame on you!!
These are absolutely adorable pictures!!! Much better than studio pictures which all seem so posed. These are more natural and relaxed and certainly capture the personalities of the three of you! I love them and I am not even a relative!!! Ü
WWWWHHHAAAAAaa.a.a.a.a.a, sniff, sniff, whimper.... I MISS MY FAMILY!!! You guys are so so cute together. I want to come play!!
Amazing pictures. I am so happy to have ones with all three of you in there. Rachel's back should get pretty soar from people patting it over this shoot (although Big A posing at the pool is hard to beat, but I think she did it!).
Miss ya, kiss ya!
ME ME Granny B
Typo-soar
Maybe she should be "soaring" after that great photo shoot!
What a cute family! Ok, and as a blanket statement- I didn't get a chance to photoshop any of these images from the weekend, so everything is completely raw- no cropping, no saturation, no color balance, no levels, nuthin. So none of these are what I would consider "finished." There, now you know. But they still are such an adorable family. Thanks for letting me play this weekend guys!!
It's okay, Tim, I like the "patchy mess". And I am LOVING the hair. Very handsome indeed.
SO glad you guys did family pics. These are truly wonderful - you all seriously are very photogenic - Rach got some GREAT pics. Yay!! Can't wait to see the "final" product.
How lucky are you to have such an awesome sister to come and take such awesome pics of you and your awesome family? Awesome!
WOW I can't believe he's almost one. But then again Mason is nine. I miss those baby days. Alex is such a little cuttie. You have so many amazing pictures to look back at just in one year!!!
Excellent family photos! It would be way too hard to choose which ones to get enlarged.
